★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. There is no way to reach thier bangalore office during this pandemic. No chat no email. You need to call up thier UK office,. Its been more than 60 days. i am still waiting for my refund. Very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office itself is very well maintained and service is top notch.
One problem is the watchmen who just don't care about replying to the customers even when asked respectfully. When asked where I can park my vehicle, their response was "park wherever you want", not in a nice tone, mind you. And when asked again if there is a parking space at all, they just said, "I don't know, park wherever you want, do whatever you want". Emirates, please take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well designed & spacious office with very comforting ambience. There are TV screens inside playing promotional videos of Emirates which can get anyone into a travelling mood.
The staff is very polite & well trained in handling customers. All my queries about the most economical flight options were answered politely & patiently.
Overall I had a very good & memorable experience here!?
