★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled in buisness class . The traditional dress of airhostess is really not comfortable to see . Too much revealing. Since most of them are huge in size , I felt they could have given something descent dress . But the service of ladies was very good . Food amazing to look ..but tastless . Hot garlic bread was out standing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER FLY SriLankan airways especially if you are elderly or have elderly parents. They are absolutely inconsiderate and will not accommodate even a basic wheelchair without going through tedious paper formalities. All other airlines have a standard that is simple and accommodative of the elderly.

I had the worst experience of my flight-life with SriLankan Airlines, will never suggest anyone to book Srilankan Airlines Flight.
First of all the flight itself was 2 hours delayed, secondly the staff is very rude and very mismanaged. I had checked-in prior to reaching at the airport and still at the airport I was told that the flight is full and we can not accommodate you in this flight.
Note: I had Srilankan airline flight booked from Bangalore - Colombo - Bangalore.

From the quality of the aircraft, food, and whole experience was Garbage. Due to Covid I took a flight from Melbourne to Bangalore… never again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our flight was cancelled for "operational reasons". Never received proper further insights into why or what we could do. We didn't book our flight directly with Sri Lankan airlines website but it was with the airlines and they were unable to help us. Otherwise the staff was fairly courteous, but it was a very unfortunate situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic airlines. Staff doesn't travel covid rules but they force customers to follow the covid rules. Also, they are racist. They favor Germans over other people at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo. I was shocked that a few passengers from Germany was escorted and they helped them to check-in without the RT PCR test even though it was mandatory. Their ticketing system is full of bugs even if you buy tickets on their website, airline staff can't help. You don't get any communications from the airlines. Be prepared for surprises at the airport. This is a scam airline.
