★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #malaysianairlines : THE worst air hostess service ever I have seen. Domestic flights are far better in service compared to malaysian airlines.
I travelled on MH193 from Bangalore->Kualalumpur and MH141 from Kualalumpur->Sydney on 12thOct2018.
The experience from Airhostess was very worse.my baby needed some water and I got after 2 hours. Do you believe it?. I asked 2 times in between and they were getting frustrated. They were telling me, they have to serve all. I am not going to list all those happened.
In return also I travelled ( unfortunately I have booked return also very earlier ) MH140 from Sydney to Kualalumpur. Entirely the same experience - but from different air hostesses. I saw many other passengers also having the same problems. The airhostess was saying a passenger bu patience and all Indian passengers should learn patience like Mahatma Gandhi, that passenger was completely patient and the airhostess was only not able hold his nerves.
I recommend all NOT to choose malaysian airlines - if you are expecting a peaceful trip.
There was no delays or any other issues- only the issue was with air hostesses and is utterly terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service by Rahul, contacted on the number given on google and he disconnected the call without listening our concern, we (travel co-ordinator) issue many tickets on Malaysian Airline and get this sought of service. Please update a call center number who can help to solve customer issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know about the service of the airlines, however the phone number provided here is a Scam Number, a scammer tries to take money from the people through message payment links, also he doesnot know english (LoL) and best part is when I asked him Bangalore Address he said he doesnot know and Bangalore Office wont be able to book my tickets because they have "Meeting" ?
Requesting whom ever concerned to remove the Number immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep re-scheduling flights and which leads to you missing on following flights. Even they re-book you, they wont provide any meals even though i paid for the meals when i first booked the tickets, and had to re-book only cause of their mistake / re-scheduling. I am never travelling with them ever again in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their's is the most horrible service i have had. Its been more than 10 times i have tried to reach the customer care and every time i have called i have been on hold for 20 mins and every CC person is busy. why the hell do you need to have a CC number just for the sake of it!
i have clicked on 1 start since google is not letting make post a review without starts. else trust me folks no start for this stupid service
