★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Booked a flight, it got rescheduled without confirmation, trying to reach customer care, no one to check with issue at support end.
I request DGCA to take this Airline under enquiry to check with service and flight safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Asia staff at airport counter specially ashiwarya name staff very bad behaviour and lazy staff asking many questions and wasting time. I'm regular travellers. A very bad experience from air Asia. Please do not travel with this airline and I missed my flight after showing 40k Indian rupee and i hold nri passport cannot exchange money at blr airport. It's new rule. She did not gave me broading pass after showing her 40000 cash. Worst airline air Asia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with AirAsia India (Kolkota). Ground staffs at check in counter and the helpers standing there to carry luggage behave very rude. No sense of customer service. The attitude is very bad as if we are traveling for free. I faced this issue with the lady who did my check in and the handling staff standing next to her. It is very obvious in their talk itself.
Will never ever opt AirAsia for my future travelling or may be the least preferred airline from now on. I'm sure many others also might have experienced the same. Disgusting experience travelling in AirAsia. Felt like other budget airlines are far better than this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not received the refund of my ticket for Air asia flight from mumbai to Bangalore .I have sent so many e mails in this regard but no response from your side.Please do not indulge in such cheating activities.i have also written to Ease my trip but there is no response.
Please refund the money as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm following up with Air Asia service team for one single invoice details but they failed to answer to my query and they just tell us to visits their twitter, watsapp and many thing but still didnt answered to my querries. Very disappointed being a corporate user.

And forgot to tell their flights never run on time either they prepone or postpone
