★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with the service. Recently gave my macbook air after there was an issue with its motherboard and the iCare guys told they dont work at the chip level along with an outrageous bill for motherboard replacement. At Aris, he was very confident the issue can be resolved and within 3 days got my laptop back with the motherboard and all working well along with all data and projects safe and intact! Thanks a lot :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ravi sir is just great at what he does, i had been searching and running alot to find a place that could fix my pc , and they had already convinced me that it was not fixable but still were unable to tell the issue, then i found Aris computer and , when Ravi sir looked at me smiled and said "it'll be fixed by tomorrow" it just blew my mind, and it was fixed . Guys if you are struggling with your pc/ laptop just visit him once and you will be glad that you did

The same was fixed within a short time at Aris computers. Mr. Ravishankar is an ace in his field and a thorough gentleman. I would surely recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the laptop was beyond repair but Ravi Sir tried his best and explained why it wasn't possible. I appreciate his professionalism and service oriented approach. This is maybe the only shop I trust in SP road for my laptop repair. Recommend wholeheartedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I was very reluctant to even consider SP road to get my laptop repaired in the first place, considering how popular the area is, for all the wrong reasons. However, I trusted my gut feeling and based on the high review and specifically of Mr. Ravi, I thought to give it a shot. Well, I was not disappointed.
To start with, Mr. Ravi did a fantastic job in repairing my ripped screen and bent laptop screen cover. He is highly technical, skilled and I have tremendous respect towards his professionalism. Mr. Ravi made sure that I understood the issue, also explained the worse case scenarios to tackle the problem if required and executed the repair with my consent.
Most of the repair engineers keep you in the dark and never explain the issues and repair it charging a bomb. This is what separates Mr. Ravi from the rest of them. You hardly find such genuine people these days in such a competitive market. I had a very good experience. I can confidently vouch for his genuineness and trust. He is a true gentlemen.
