Useless guys. Call center agent gives Malleswaram Branch Address, which is also not there. No proper information. Irresponsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A weird experience faced by me w.r.t Shriram life insurance. I had a work to complete and called the branch phone number, the phone number incoming was barred. With doubt, I called the customer care and enequired if fthe branch will be working on saturday (03-10-2020) as I need to travel 20 kms to reach the office. The customer support guy assured me that the branch is working and will be opened till 1 PM.
When I visited the branch, to my surpise the branch was shifted. How shame. This was not informed to me by the customer support guy. Also it was not mentioned in the website or the address was updated in google.
Hope they dont have any civic sense and they dont need customers to visit their office.
Now I dont know how to contact the office people. No phone, no address. A great salute to Shriram Life.
Sincere suggestion to all customers not to go with these people.
