★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am trying to renew my car insurance online but its not working.. it say cannot renew online due to more claims!!! though not single claim filed by me this year. Toll free number is worse.. No picks calls even if we hold for hours.. Online chat, they can do it online or contact toll free!!!
This is the worst service i have seen.. For the past one week i am struggling to even reach them.. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been following with them for almost 1 month now for my two wheeler claim .Call centre doesn't know who is the surveyor. Finally exploring multiple contacts found the surveyor. But the surveyor works in his own timings. Call centre claims they cannot do anything and I have to liaise with the surveyor only till my claim is resolved. My sincere advise do not go for bharati Axa. I repend why I shifted from icici. These guys are cheap in cost and so their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people. Dont go for Bharti axa insurance if you are from Karnataka, especially Bangalore people. They never settle claim, and they give ludicrous reason to deny cleaim, even when we have bumper to bumper insurance. Big cheaters...Avoid them like plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people I have never seen in my life, I have put my health policy Reimbursement claim in the month on September 2020, but till date it is not settled, 7 months over
I have provided all the documents as per there check list but still It is not settled
I have followed up Like a dog, sent end no. Of mails and calls but no use.
Suggestions to public don’t buy any policy or insurance from bharti Axa company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to give single star also promptly. This insurance is the worst. Employee named rajshekhar is too arrogant . Lots of fake services and useless procedure to claim our insurance.worst experience with this insurance company . I really don't suggest any one to go with this car insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharti Axa is a Big Time fraud company. They have outsourced sales to IIFL where they call assuming Bharti Axa employee. They will make fake promise and change number very frequently. Even after raising complain they simply ignored. Pathetic Compnay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I took Elite Advantage plan in April 20022. All these plans will be routed through their channel partners like IIFL etc.,
The channel partners will throw lucrative maturity amounts but real world the proposed figures are very incorrect.
When you approach Customer care team again that process is very pathetic and they don’t know about policy features and benefits. When you ask some product teams advice they never ever respond and you have to follow up literally.
When I met the BhartiAxa team in Jayanagar, Bengaluru the team will not allow you to meet any one and they will sell the policies through their agents and channel partners. When you ask the details the front desk team has no visibility on the plans and I strongly recommend not to entertain any of these companies. I lodged a complaint in IRDA. Let’s wait and watch.
Suggest not to take any policy from BhartiAxa.
