★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheating people here please don't join here as an employee, as they will ruin your life and torture you. Even if you are willing to purchase an Insurance also they will tell you one plan, but make you to take other plans forcefully as because they want to earn more commission from that.

Its nearly freaking 72 days after cancellation , they're still throwing the ball on each other side, NO REFUND yet.
Managers are even lazier to make a move on it.
escalated to higher level yet no response.
So fed up.
Will be going legally to make sure they wont make the same mistake again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The co is just ok nothing special to write about, when they can refuse money from me to deposit as premium for my wards policy. Never seen this logic where money is refused when it is being paid by a proper bank card. God bless this insurance company for continued existence.

Visited the office for a service related issue. I was attended to by the front end office lady and gave me the necessary form which I had to sign and was done in minutes.
