★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Nice experience working with MindSquare. I am working since last 5 years as Senior Manager an d never faced any issue with Management , HR, Finance . The good part is , Management very supportive and also salary is always on time. My team never faced any issue with HR, all quires related to PF, ESIC, Medical Insurance etc get addressed on time. Happy to work with MindSquare and would like to continue many more years. Very good work culture .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said me you have to join immediately...u have to work from office...bt when i reached there..they delayed the joining date and told me to stay 8 more days in Bangalore after that they will give me the joining letter. Really Such a bad experience with mindsquare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MindSquare Technologies - The best Team and IT consulting company I have ever worked with. MindSquare has very good clients to work and Sardar Vallabhai Patel hospital is one of the example. HR Team is very responsive and kind to address the queries within the expected time.
Good place to learn.
I am working for Columbia Asia Hospitals IT Team. I really need to thank Mr. Sanjay Nayak who have guided me and trained me which have made me to reach very good level in client place. I have learnt a lot professionally and personally from him.

I've joined at MS as a System Administrator in July 2019 and left in Nov 2021. and today I'm working as a Consultant in Cloud computing. I would like to share my thoughts and overall experience with MS.
Management: Needs to be improved (specially training and certification paths).
Work pressure: No work pressure at all.
Work-Life Balance: No, 24/7 support most of the clients.
Appraisals: Worst appraisal average 6-8%, No matter how hard and dedicatedly you work.
HR team: They're always so supportive, very kind and friendly specially Shweta Ma'am, whenever you have any doubts, help or something she would definitely help us with her best.
#Even Sanjay Nayak sir is so kind and supportive, he was there when i was in bad situation and had no clue what to do.
To be honest overall experience I'm very much happy specially with HR team.
