A typical old school Chinese restaurant in the heart of Bangalore. Has a wide variety of food and a great set of staff. Ambience: (4/5) Situated in the floor below ground, it has ample seating with both smaller and larger tables. It’s got some nice design elements to point to its Chinese theme, but mostly is more of a functional space. The entire place has a nice rustic and vintage feel to it. Food: (4/5) The food had some great elements and some elements that could have been better. The chicken satay was nice, expected it to be more spicy, but it still have a nice unique flavour. The two soups we had were (1) Manchow and (2) Tom Yum. The soups were Perhaps a bit of a disappointment. Though the flavour of the flavour of the Tom Yum was alright, it was no where near where usual Tom Yum should be. The friend wontons as well as the veg ones were nice. I do have a bias and preferred the fried one more. The chung wah fried rice was also good. And finally the two best things of the meal were (1) Jasmine Tea and (2) The Darum dessert of friend noodles with honey and ice cream. Both were absolutely brilliant. Very well made and helped end our meal on a high. Summary: (4/5) Typical restaurant for Chinese food which is good. But don’t miss out on the tea and dessert.

Food: 3/5 Cost: 4/5 Ambience: 2/5 Location:3/5 Staff: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 0/5 The food is ok ok. I found a bug in my food. They had compensated it by stating it was mushrooms. I also believed in the start, once it went on my friends said it was a bug and they did not want to create a scene in the restaurant and make me feel bad on the food. The place is not hygienic and is not clean at all. The above is the reason for the bug on my food. The vegetarian food is good. They do not accept zomato gold. We saw on zomato and only visited this restaurant and unfortunately they said no after we reached there. They are not welcoming. The person on the counter and The waiters are not welcoming. We believe in reviews so we didn’t want to make a mess in the restaurant, with the attitude of them. Not recommended to go to this place as u cannot trust on the food hygiene. Please dont make a mistake of choosing this place for food with family or friends especially children.

This is one of the first Chinese restaurants near Brigad road. A bit quieter from all the hustle bustle at the brigade road but that's how I like it, when am on a date with my family. My kids enjoyed the chowmin and the we enjoyed koi Thai flat noodles. Flat noodles were the highlight of the date. There is not much else to say about the place other than that. You can enjoy the authentic Chinese food there who ch i feel as Indians hav gotten our own Indo-chinese flavor. Shhhh, secretly i was Hop ng this place would be something out of a Dr. Strange movie and some secret door would lead to another dimension or atleast a club within a club.. but alas that didn't happen ?

One of the early Chinese restaurants in Bangalore. Classic Chinese restaurant ambience. Can get crowded during weekends and peak hours. Parking is first come first serve. Decent portion size and food.

Though the portion size is just right , the quality of the food is very commendable and flavors are too good in some of the dishes . You need to explore variety , then this is the place , the staff are quite welcoming and hospitable , you get to enjoy delicacies and also the Chinese experience of various dishes .

Go to place for Chinese food. Pleasantly lit place with Classic ambience where varieties of Chinese food is available and it's very fresh to eat. The staff are good and very helpful. One thing I noticed was there is no mirror in the washing room and there is no sufficient space in the washing area. That could have been better planned
