★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kudos to Aum Ayuralaya(AA) Borivali unit, ably administered and clinically competent by Drs' Husband-wife duo of Shantanu & Hetal. I got big relief to my persistent back problem of sciatica and nerve impingement. The full holistic course of AA did to a large extent world of good which previous treatments and medications did'nt. Thnks to AA I am now performing my domestic chores and also venturing out of my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to Dr. Hetal D Karkar and her husband, Shantanu of the Keraliya Orthopaedic Centre at Shop No.5 Silva Croft Building, Road No. 5, in I.C. Colony, Borivali by Ms. Shalini.
At Our first meeting cum consultation, l found them to be a very welcoming,down to earth, enthusiastic, and approachable doctor couple. They patiently listened to my queries and apprehensions and they systematically chalked out a phase-wise plan for my back ailment and weight loss .This included a balanced vegetarian diet, massage therapy, some medication and loads of encouragement to exercise..... Their positivity and motivation was highly contagious and caught on very fast... I happily lost 12 kgs then, though I have put on weight again, due to my carelessness, but certainly hoping once again to follow all their suggestions and lose some more...
My mum suffered from severe constipation and has been to several doctors with not much positive results.. She was treated by them and she found great relief and help.
Drs. Hetal, Shantanu, and their skilled team are well known specially to be of great help to orthopedic cases.
I have shared my experience with many of my friends and people who l have come in contact with, who have had health issues. They also have visited the clinic and have shared their positive feedback with me.
I am forever grateful to God and to these good doctors, who have gone out of their way to help and accommodate me and my mother when needed and for helping me to reach my goals of better health and a positive lifestyle.. Thank you Dr Hetal and Dr Shantanu Karkar!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely want to mention my story with Aum Avuralava treatment center.
I had an injury while skiing in Canada where I twisted my arm in a way that got me a ligament tear. I approached multiple doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapist (both in US and Canada). Everyone recommended me to get my arm operated and were also prescribing me high dosage drugs or tranquilizers to relieve me from my pain.
Then one day, the desperate me was driving across IC colony where I saw Aum Avuralava
clinic. As a last resort, I made an appointment with Dr. Hetal and she was the first person who told me that I didn’t need an operation (obviously after checking my MRI) but a Kerala hot oil massage which would heal my arm in the span of 3-4 months. At first I was reluctant and scared to quickly accept but then I finally was persuaded from my mother and Dr. Hetal that in the long run, I would be cured completely and with some payment offers provided by Mr. Shanthanu, I started my therapy. It’s now been six months since my treatment is over and I’m all back to my fitness routine and can even lift weights like I used to when I was in my 20’s.
The team consists of therapists Thomas (for males) and physiotherapist Trupti. Honestly, I recommend anyone with joint or back or injuries caused by accident to consult this clinic once, you will never be let down.
My take to the therapy is “It’s slow unlike western medicine but provides assured result....”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from severe stiffness in neck and swelling on cervical spine, took ayurvedic and physio treatment and within a month's time swelling was fully cured, stiffness also reduced. I am now able to do almost all of my routine work which earlier could not. Would like to thank Dr. Hetal and Dr. Trupti for providing excellent treatment and proper guidance. Both doctors have expertise in ortho problems, they listen to patients problems carefully and answer them properly. Also therapists are trained and work properly as per doctors instructions.
Had been to other ayurvedic and physio centres before coming here and never got proper treatment. Coming to Aum Ayuralaya I received excellent treatment and never thought I will get rid of these health problems ? Recently, my joint pain treatment is also taken care of under Dr. Hetal expert guidance and can see really good results. She is go-to person for taking care of ayurvedic treatments for me ? I would highly recommend Aum Ayuralaya to all those looking to treat their ortho related health problem!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 17yrs old. I had a muscle issue in my right knee, I could not even walk and stand properly as there was a lot of pain. Then I went to some doctors where they advices for an operation. I did not want the operation. Then I got a suggestion from one of my contacts about Aum Ayuralaya. After my first consultation they immediately told me to not go for the operation as I was risky. They started my oil and physiotherpic treatment which went on for about 2 months. Nearly half way thought the treatment my pain completely stopped and I could walk and run again. Towards the end of the treatment I was completely fine and fit. Now I can do all the activities that I ever wanted to do. I thank Aum Ayuralaya a lot for curing my leg
