PATHETIC SERVICE
We had an appointment at 8.30 for annual checkup they took almost 3 hrs. 2 hours is normal but we wasted 1 more hour just because of there poor management. The Sonography Doctor was not available they didn't even bothered to inform us prior. The 2d echo Dr came around 10.45. We had to wait for her around 45 minutes. They don't even have proper changing rooms and this is not barrable.
I'm routine test like ECG, and Blood test we wasted our 3hrs. Management is really really poor. When we entered they asked for IDs we submitted then they told us to wait for sometime and the staff is gone for Tea and breakfast and we have to wait for them. Staff is not trained they didn't even know how to talk. I won't suggest this place.This place is not good for Corporate Tieups. When we said we haven't received any call from there side then the staff started arguing that they had called from Mobile number blh blh. Then we check the call that we received is from unknown number registered on some random guy on Truecaller. If you are calling someone at list call from your registered landline and call at list twice . But what they did is they called once and not even a proper full ring. Just In 6 rings they disconnected. Even they didn't informed us that 2d ecuo doctor will come after 10.30. it's just that we heard when they are talking internally. They need to improve their services if they wants corporate Tieups.

For timings of doctor they shuffle you alot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our last minute request for doing home collection for blood sample was accommodated as well as the senior citizen discount for both my parents was also given...all the staff right from taking the request to the lab technician lady who came home were very polite n made the entire process at ease...we continue to be loyal customers of Healthcare ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tests were well managed and all staff around seemed aware of our presence while waiting for the next check and we didn't feel left abandoned or waiting unnecessarily. I found the ECG particularly very well done as the gel was used very sensibly and sparingly and not over smeared like other test centres who use it excessively and create a mess. Also had my mother along and they were sensitive about senior citizens and their waiting time. Also they have all possible tests available under one roof unlike many other big names in the business. The only thing i think that could have been better is if they could provide breakfast at least for pre booked appointments at the test centre itself instead of having to go out as that would be seamless time management for the patients and most test centres do offer the facility through take-away boxes
