I came here at the mandpeshwar branch for the first time. The staff here are more busy chit chatting with each other, than telling patients about details. Very disappointed.

Recently have noticed the Borivali west,shimpoli jariwala lab services have become super slow.They keep patients waiting for more than 40 mins for simple blood test.Its not that it's over crowded, still taking so much time. Please consider this review seriously!!!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING YOUR PHONE NO. SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ONE IS COMING ON LINE. Atleast Provide Valid Phone Number Nos. are not mentioned on Receipts , app or website: how stupid is that for such big health organization.

I am regular patient of jariwala lab. Routinely I done all lab test, till now I got the correct reports regarding blood tests. But during my precious pregnancy I did my OBS sonography to Dr.jariwala USG department I given reports which mistaks in impression EDD date in one report,I told them they corrected but again correction they given wrong date. This happened 2 times. And also they changed USG date when I did ,& print date when they hand over me OBS reports. Again it will happened 2 nd time same mistakes with given me wrong impression in my reports, I done USG On 15th Dec.that time according to LMP 13/4/2021, I completed 36 wks gestation,but they written on 38 wks? please note this review.

Had booked a home visit for basic blood tests and they sent a complete novice who was extremely nervous. He ended up leaving a huge wound at the point from where blood was drawn. Jariwala has degraded it's service quality to pathetic.

Jariwala Labs not just offers best quality medical services to their customers but also has one of the best customer service team. Recently I had visited their lab for a blood test. My blood test was done by a trainee technician and I had observed that even though he had done a good job with drawing of my blood, he didn't prepare the needle for the procedure in front of me nor did he dispose off the used needle while I was still in my seat. Due to this there was no way for me to know if the needle used was sterile and from a new pack. I didn't mention anything at that point as something like this had never happened with me before and I wasn't sure how to address this concern. In all my past experiences at Jariwala, the tecnician would always pick a fresh needle, prepare the blood drawing equipment and dispose off the used needle in front of me. Jariwala is a reputed lab which observes all the required safety norms however the fact that I didn't see the needle being prepared in front of me kept nagging me. I shared a review citing this lapse in process on their Google listing the next day. After 3 hours I received a reply to my review wherein they thanked me for the feedback and mentioned that all consumables are single use and they have taken up this issue with the concerned staff. 2 hours after they posted their reply I received a phone call from them. The person on the call had reviewed the CCTV footage and discussed the matter with me. She also asked me to visit their centre to watch the recording. At their centre I was shown the cctv footage from multiple camera angles and they explained and showed me how the new needle was prepared by their staff and then disposed off. The person went one step beyond and showed me the blood collection area, a new needle and explained to me the safety features of the needle which ensures that a used needle can never be reused. Not just that, the person thanked me for sharing my feedback as my observation helped them review their training process for the new trainees and this incident would be used to highlight the importance of conducting the pre and post activities in front of patients. The senior management had also been made aware of my feedback. I left their centre feeling satisfied, valued and glad that institutions such as Jariwala do exist. They exhibited great professionalism and maturity in handling this matter. They were prompt in resolving the issue, humble enough to acknowledge their shortcoming and considerate enough towards my concerns. Efficient medical services supported by an even efficient customer service, that's what you get at Jariwala.

Regarding the test I am quite happy. But as far as the reports are concerned the eksar centre don't keep the reports ready and keep the patient waiting for the reports . Actually when a patient has done the test at Eksar centre all the reports should be ready at the centre on due date given in the receipt to avoid unnecessary waiting for the patient

Today I had my blood tests done at chikoowadi Borivali West outlet. The maid at the counter is absolutely rude . The attitude needs to be improved. The nurse too needs to be trained properly about the way patient are treated. Over all the experience was worse.
