★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Himanshu- owner of the laboratory is very kind and helpful with his knowledge and rich experience of Pathology for many years. Packaged offers are very useful and economical for patients who need multiple tests to be done periodically. Timing of reports delivery and staff support is seamless with whatsApp facility also available. Lab is tied up with reputed labs for conducting the tests so no need to worry about the accuracy of the results?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far my experience has been wonderful, staff has good engagement with customers and service is at par at very discounted rates.
1star less : since the patient could not be attended on the given appointment time due to walk-in facility at the diagnostic centre.
My only advice would be to get a second confirmation from the diagnostic center once you receive confirmation of appointment from arogya 365 to have a lesser wait time at the diagnostic centre. Much better if the patients condition is critical.
