My bike got damaged while transportation and when I called their office for complaining, their response was like they are not having anything to do with that ... If they are not having any responsibility towards the goods they are carrying, why are we paying such a high amount for transportation, why can't we use railway for shifting bikes ..
The main reason why we are depending on these courier service is because we want our bike or goods to be shifted without any damage .. but I can say in this case KRS is a big zero..
Coming to delivery side,
They had charged 130 and they said that it is for unloading charge, that's ok... But when I gone there for pick up, the officials said that I need to take off all the packing materials and want to dispose it on my own... I really don't understand what's wrong with that man.. how can he ask the customer to unwrap the bike, if they had charged an amount for unloading it ,..
And when I asked him about the customer care thing to make a complaint he was not giving any information on that ... It's pathetic over there ..
Really ashamed service from KRS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience during shipment from Bangalore to Koyilandy; one item was lost during transit, they couldn’t trace the package, no compensation/refund for the lost item. Value of lost item was little higher than I paid for the shipping charges. Staff service was courteous, but that not enough, they should ensure goods are safe during transit.
Better avoid this place if you need a reliable solution for your logistics support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 10 days for delivery instead of the 7 days they promised. Broke my scooter's mirror and when I asked the guy smiled and said it was brought at owners risk.
At delivery they charged Rs 60 for getting the scooter down from the lorry and another Rs 50 for removing the covering it came in.
Not a good experience for me! Please be more careful handling the items. That's your only job.
