★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Absolutely worst.
No tracking available. No Update messages sent. Correct timing: 10:25 PM. Now it's 12:30 AM Still there is no bus. We have called 5 times.
First time they said it will come at correct time +- 15 minutes.
Second time, when called: 1 hour delay
Third time when called: it is coming, on the way.
Fourth time: Half an hour delay.
Fifth time: 20 minutes delay.
Till there is no bus.
We are waiting on road. It's very cold here.
I'm going home as I'm suffering from fever.
Now I'm not even able to stand here. It's very cold.
What kind of negligence is this??
I demand a serious explanation on this.
Who is responsible for my health now??
Very irresponsible Travels.

I have booked ticket via red bus app from Hyderabad to Bangalore dated 9the January, 2020 (details are given below).
The operator Rajesh transport called me in the evening informing about cancellation of the bus and adjustment in the another bus on different time. I refused for the change in the bus as I have booked two single births and he is offering me one double birth. He said we will cancel the ticket and full refund will be given to you. I have called the operator in given number atleast 20 times.
It's 25th today and still no refund given. Every time I call they give different reasons.

I booked the ticket to Bangalore cost is around Rs.2500/- I requested for five minutes waiting from bus starting point, they not considered my request simply they moved the bus from boarding point. After I checked many persons from Rajesh transport but they simply say no, even they have an option of next service which available after 2hours because they already collected my amount why they moral values, i asked other option they simple talking with abusive words. Please be check before booking this service they cannot wait even 5 minutes but they said passenger can wait even more than two hours if bus got delayed. They are thinking passenger is normal person he cannot do anything because he already collect the amount right. They response is very poor and abusive words. So please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst vehicle to travel better to travel on ksrtc or Apsrtc. Not reach on time I am traveling Bangalore to Visakhapatnam i the ticket they have mentioned it should be reach on 10:50 am they reach at afternoon 3:15 pm. They didn't keep clean in side bus and seats are not comfortable totally waste of money better chose other bus to travel Visakhapatnam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my household items transported through rajesh transports. With no doubt, I can say that their luggage transport service is THE WORST in the city.
I have got all my photoframes, steel vessels damaged. Properly packed mattress got torn with all the foam coming out. I tried calling the for explanation 4-5 times. They put blame on origin office or destination office and play with us.
Worst part about them is They will quote you one amount on call on cartoon basis or item count basis but after going there with all your luggage they will quote another amount which is almost double to what was quoted in call and you will have no option other than paying that amount.
PS: In chamrajpet office, there will be 2 fraudsters sitting as soon as you enter. Beware of them.
And
I have travelled several times in their buses. Very high quality will be maintained in terms of timings, safety and hygienic. But, one experience with their cargo transport team will make you truly hate this travels company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very dissatisfied with the service. I travelled from Bangalore to Ongole in a semi sleeper bus. The seat push back was not working. The response from the staff was not good. They didn't even try to fix the problem and asked to contact Redbus. And the staff had borded couple of passingers in the drivers cabin which is not safe. Rajeesh transport is very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Guntur to Bangalore.
The facilities, space of the bed, staff, number of intervals while travelling, status update of main stations etc.. were beyond expectations.
I've got 'Special Guest' reward too. That's a box with full of cookies, juice, water and other various food items. It made me feel gald and happy.
I'm a frequent traveller. I've used other travels before (many of them). but never felt this much happy and luxurious.
I can say, Rajesh Transport will be my first preference if I want to travel by bus anytime in the near future.
