I spoke to this person. He gave me a quotation after telling him all the furniture and other items. He kept calling me every now and then to confirm the service. He agreed to a certain rate. When I called him to confirm a day before the move in date he said tell me all the items again and I’ll tell you if he Will do it. I rejected him. He kept calling me again and again to harass me after that misbehaving over the phone!!! Next time you misbehave I’ll file a complaint to the police!!!

I relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad and despite all the limitations, the team did a great job. Our packages were packed properly, with fully sealed boxes, bubble wrap for fragile items, etc. and our items were delivered safely. Thank you for making this relocation experience so pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took their service a few days back to shift my belongings to new place. And I must say they ensured hassle free service throughout the process. Very impressed with their work and efforts.
Few things that were exceptionally good:
1. Could reach them easily whenever required
2. All items were nicely packed and safely delivered without a single scratch
3. Delivered on time
4. Service justify the charges
5. Special mention for Mr. Dheeraj Tiwari as he was very patient in answering and addressing all my concerns.
6. No extra charge for pickup and drop.
Highly recommended.

They packed everything properly and were ready with all the possible solutions if something goes wrong like if it rains. Staff was courteous and co-operative enough. Definitely we will use their service everytime we will relocate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give 0 star I could have given! Most unprofessional packers and movers. They would just loot your money and deliver broken and damaged things. I shifted from C V Raman Nagar to Doddanekundi on May 1st and I had booked this packer and mover seeing the ratings but this was the worst experience ! We had packed some of the glass items ourselves luckily they are okay. While packing they had asked for lunch and when we said that the food would take around 50mins to come they said that -"oh so long it will take. Then you bring our food to the area where you are shifting" . Not only this...when the things were packed..and we were about to shift ..some of them said that all the things are packed in truck and they want to go by our car. On our way we could not locate the truck because the truck driver had stopped the truck in the middle of highway which caused jam and when they reached our new address they started keeping all things at once in the lift due to which lift became non operative! They were clearly told that so many items would not fit at once in the lift.But they wanted to keep all the things as fast as possible. They damaged our godrej steel almirah's lock, glass items, spill oil,masala everywhere. Even the fridge has a dent..And when we told them to assemble the bed they refused to do so telling that they are getting late.. they didn't get late when they had stopped the truck in the middle of highway for 20mins.. After requesting they started to assemble but then also one of them was busy doing video call to someone and showing the bed instead of assembling the bed! After all this they started asking for bakshish (extra money) for dinner and they called someone telling that we are not giving bakshish and were not leaving until we gave them the money. When we went to check the truck if all items were unloaded the driver came and started asking money for snacks.
Our experience was too bad and I am giving this detailed review so that no one else faces the same harassment that we had faced after paying 15000!
When we called the owner of the packers and movers and told the same he said that he would look into it and talk to us within 2 days. Its been more than 3 days and he did not have the decency to inform us anything ! This company just loots money and sends unprofessional people! Only one of them seemed to be professional and it seemed like the rest of them had come to just relax and give orders to us ! If you want all your items to be delivered in damaged condition and want to spend a lot of money without getting any service then undoubtedly go for this packer and mover.

All my delicate household items were delivered in exact same condition without any wear or tear.
