★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap courier service product theft by them and not responding to us total 4400rs worth product theft when I have wrote in that slip that product is missing. They I asked to customer care after some time. They said that nothing has been happen.. Guys don't trust this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this one of worst courier service in India , do not believe this courier i am informing to people who are going to book this courier . customer care is not proper and they cannot give a proper information to the people .
if we are sending goods through this courier and it will takes 25 days to reach the our place to other places. i booked a courier service to this tci srvicde from banglore to samistipur and people r not responding properly right . still now our client has not received the goods .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst transport. The goods will never deliver on time. Service is very very bad. Even after more than 10 days goods staying in Bangalore nelmangala TCI and not delivering to destination even after many follow ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most harrowing 90 minutes of my life. Imagine a bunch of rolling metal and rubber the width of 50 horse carts trying to push through a nozzle (road, if you find any left) 5 horse carts in width. Tci should move out of this place tomorrow if it respects the human toll on its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered my bike from my native place in Bihar and I got it in Bangalore after 22days. The bike was in no condition to be driven without being serviced. The tail light and a side indicator was also broken but the manager was in position to take the blame or to give an apology. The lady at the reception was kind enough to waive off the ₹100 handling fee after hearing my story. The manager claimed that they don't book home items and where not sure how the bike got booked which seemed absurd as their company only booked the bike and accepted that they would deliver the bike.
