★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food not as expected from a Kerela restaurant. Had Chicken Biryani today it was plain white rice with chicken pieces and little gravy. Had Chicken 65 few days ago which was dry chicken pieces deep fried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst restaurant. once after 45 minutes of placing the order the restaurant says they forgot to update swiggy and to cancel the order. this was after 45 nims and the delivery time was 56 mins.
I though this could be a one time error.
After a month I placed another order. Again after 40 mins i get a call fro Swiggy that I will have to cancel the order as the restaurant kitchen is now closed. I called the delivery agent and asked them to connect with the restaurant. The people were so rude and did not event answer the call stating they will not speak,
In today's world where customer service decides everything.This was the behavior from the restaurant.
SHAME ON YOU. YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO SURVIVE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience on my first visit... They took 45 minn to get 04parottas and chicken roast. The thick gravy of the roast was tasty and hot.. But the flesh of chicken was literary f freezing cold.. They just put the fried chicken into the hot gravy and served it to us.. we ordered an extra to parottas and that took another 15min ... Just a worst thing to happen when you are left unattended amidst your hunger..will never ever refer nor go to this place...I feel like cursing.. Very bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently ordered chicken biriyani which was not good. Simply mixed biriyani rice with some deep fried chicken pieces and gravy. Waiting time is a concern and serving food which is not good even after waiting make you really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have two branches one in INA and other one is in Dwarka sector 7, INA shop is so good,dwarkasector 7 food is good but they made to wait us more than 1 hour to serve our order. They have good seating arrangement but they don't have proper washroom or car parking. Most of the order they getting by online only because their food tastes are good. Overall my experience was not that much good. Look?
