★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good but you will face difficulty in finding this place as Google maps doesn't show its correct location. Otherwise the staff and the rooms were good. I had a good time here. The staff was very kind and helpful. I think this lies in the lane adjacent to the IGNOU regional centre. Best place if Google map showed us proper way.

The hotel manager Vishal is very kind he listen to all your problem and try to solve it as soon as possible. One of the best hotel manager I've ever met. The rooms are clean and the food is definitely delicious. I would suggest to stay at this hotel and you'll have an amazing experience.

The room are very big as compared to oyo properties.
I am very particular about hygiene and their wash room is neat and hygienic.
The staff is very polite and it is located right in the heart of commercial hub of West Delhi(Ramphal chowk).
One of the best oyo experiences of life.
Just that on the Google maps it is located at a wrong place. Rather people should search for IGNOU centre when finding this place as it lies right next to the IGNOU regional centre at Dwarka.

I Wasn'T Sure About This Hotel At First But After My Stay Here..I Think I Will Be Coming Back Again. Market Is Near.. You Can Go And Shop All You Want. Out Of Everything I Would Suggest Anyone Who'S Interested To Stay Here With Thinking Twice?/?✋?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience has been terrible so far. Room and washroom both are dirty, linen has a stain of lipstick, bedsheet has hair and stains all over. Towel and toilet roll is missing you have to make multiple calls for all of this. The bed in the rooms is slightly broken from the side. Room has weird smell, water provided in a bottle tastes like tap water.
There is a thick layer of dust on the back side of the door. It doesn't feel like that you are staying at a Oyo managed property.
Receptionist who was at the night is impolite. Even after raising multiple issues on Oyo no call/email has been received. Worst experience
Overall it's below average. 1/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancel or shift your booking if you booked with any discount coupon through oyo app and the reason given behind this is they renovate the hotel or jb aap normally inse offline booking lelne jaogy toh sb available hai vo bhi 1500 per day ka charge ..... Wrost experience ever had in this don't go for this in any condition if you looking any hotel near ramphal chowk .
