β β β β β Rating 4.5.
Nice and clean hotel.
Service is slow in the restaurant. My coconut drink never got to me.
Need a place to have tea/coffee and those delicious looking cakes in the evening.

β β β β β 1. Location - Heart of the city.
2. Ambience - Excellent.
3. Food - Awesome but not pocket friendly.
4. Service - Good.
5. Value for money.
Also you can explore street market and food in walkable distance. You can opt for it. ????

β β β β β Absolutely horrible. just good photos. Bathrooms have mould and Rooms have cracks and paint peeling off!
Horrible service from breakfast area. The manager there is just a terrible man with awful service. The management should get rid of him as he will drive customers away.
People locally havenβt seen much so for them this is new and come visiting in many. But people should not accept such terrible service.

β β β β β I was a regular guest with my whole group of around 15 people. We visited at least 2-3 times in a week. Before few months we started experiencing poor hospitality. So we stopped going Imperial Palace.
After a long gap I thought to visit Imperial palace with hope that they would have improved as it is one of the good property of Rajkot.
But the experience was worst.
1. No welcome
2. Small restaurant was stinking so we changed to their bigger hall
3. Person who took order was very arrogant. No manners of how to talk with guest.
4. They placed 7 plates on table and out of that 4 were broken on the edge. When we complaint about that, they just ignored and served in same broken plates.
4. Starter (Cold) was served before Soup.
5. We had ordered less spicy soup, they served spicy. We just informed them that they take care while preparing Main course. He didn't responded.
6. When main course arrived, the rice was served cold. Curries were not prepared properly. It seemed whatever was available, they prepared from it. When we informed about that they changed it with stupid looks.
It seems that their restaurant is doing well so they don't care.
We can't expect such horrible services from a property like Imperial Palace.

β β β β β We had booked two standard rooms with breakfast included. Receptionist gave us adjoining and interconnected rooms. Rooms were clean, water was hot and all amenities/toiletries were really good. We had lunch at the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Quality food and superb service. Due to high rush, we ordered in the dinner (room service) only issue we faced there is noone came to clean up the room and table inspite multiple requests.
We checked out the next day to head towards Dwarka and after 20 minutes on the road we thought we forgot something at the room. Even though we had checked out, we returned to the hotel. The manager at the reception (has a sardar) was kind enough to directly hand us the key. We insisted to send someone with us as we have checked out. We thought it was a great gesture!
Overall we had a great time ar Imperial Palace - keep up your quality and service in everyday! Thank you for making our trip memorable:)

β β β β β It serves delicious multi-cuisine food at moderate price around INR 400/500 per person but it's worth it. It's open 24/7 so you can get all the food dishes anytime. Yeah in terms of taste, service, ambience, money, hygiene it's one of the best hotel in the town. Staff is very humble and down to earth. So do check it, I am sure you won't regret.
