They call candidates for job and tell they hiring fresher graduate but the reality is at the time of interview they ask from candidates about experience in BPO . They need excellent communication people for the any job profile. They should think they are hiring in India not in USA ,UK or Australia . In India how can they expect that a under Graduate or graduate can fluent in English . Our PM and Home Minister encouraging Hindi still we have to give interview in English with fluency .
They made it business not helping candidates to getting job .
