★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my flat on 15-11-2016 and builder give me possession time of 18 months now its going to be 2 years now builder mailed that the flat will take another 2 years. I am living in a rent house for 10000 rs and also paying bank EMIs of Rs 19000. No place to go. Please save your money as well as your time and Don't fall for such societies.

Advised not to buy a flat here and rather invest that money in some better society.

Limit shops are nearby.
No nearby auto stand or any public transport stand.
Nice place. Peaceful place.
There is grocery shop inside the society.
School is near exit gate.
Water is good here.
No hustle near society. Peaceful it is

Although location wise is great for children education because four public school is nearby waking distance. So child save transport fee as well as time.
So must visit and view actual situation of flat.
