My bill number 19892
This is my first visit in Quest mall kfc and i got very bad experience in this store. i got re-coocked chicken its was looking totally dark brown and it was not fresh and it was oily so i will never come back to this store becuse we paid for the hot and fresh product bt we didn't recieve its totally releted to food safety bt they are not following .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at KFC in QUEST Mall.
We ordered classic zinger burger meal. The service person named Sourav literally threw the burger and fries on a plate. The plate was not clean also.
Never expected such rude and unprofessional behaviour from KFC.
I hope KFC take this review seriously and educate their service person about manners and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eaten over Combo Chicken at lot of places in Kolkata but this was for sure the worst quality food chicken I've got. The fry was below par quality. It wasn't tasty at all. Not at all worth the money.
