★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Shawarma wrap here but was pretty disappointed with it. It was not authentic at all and the chicken was not tasting anything close to Shawarma chicken. The chicken was pan fried and undercooked. After paying way more than the expected price of a Shawarma wrap, I tasted disappointment wrapped inside the pita bread. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont know about the food but the staff was very rude while asked to swipe the topping in a pasta. On asking to cancel the order as it was not made the irritation of cashier was on a rise. The customers are treated as the outlet is doing an obligation and serving an high cost food.
Not recommended.

However, I would like to give a very negative rating to the young man who took our order. Dude, you do not take orders and talk to customers with your hands in your pocket. Go work on some footpath in Kolkata if you want to continue with that attitude. You’re in Quest Mall!!! You need to increase your service levels. Or quit if you aren’t interested.
