Above mentioned is the order ID, ordered via KFC official app, ordered by 6:00pm (05/05/2022) I was about to receive it by 6:45pm but post 7:30pm also not received, why do we order food, when we are hungry,
Because restaurant manager says sir it’s far sir, what do you want to do,
I had to forcibly cancel the order, and the amount will take 12 days to reflect in my account, because of their delivery boy is new, they delayed we have to suffer,I’m not happy with Uttarahalli Bangalore branch,
And there is no live tracking option on kfc official ios app, and there is no order cancellation option, & there is no write to us option on app, if we try to call customer care the call connects to restaurant,
Worst service, NOT HAPPY,

I loved kfc chicken only because of the flavour they had.
