★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dosa is good here. However, The quality of food has drastically dropped and not being maintained well. In fact sambar had a cockaroches, the manager still expected us to pay. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average restaurant with typical taste. No speciality in taste or variety in food. Good place for coffee/tea and for immediate breakfast when you are in a hurry. Not a good place for everyday breakfast/lunch.
Pros:
1. Price is quite affordable.
2. Coffee tea and lemon tea tastes better.
3. Decent food
Cons:
1. No basic hygiene principles followed. Service people hands are always untidy and some of them are shabby seeing which you won't feel eating anything. You never eat Dosa in your life if you see the dosa preparation process and the person who prepares Dosa does not follow any basic hygiene principles and does not keep the place clean.
2. Few cashier responses are very bad. If you do not have change, you will be treated like a less human and will insult you to get change. No option for cashless payment even though they have better business, average size restaurant and more customers.
3. Chats are not good. There are no experts who can prepare a decent chat. They have listed many items in chats but none of them do not know how to prepare most of the chats.

Most items are nice here, but they lack consistency in some items esp sweet dishes.
They don't accept Paytm and often no cards accepted. So, you always need to carry cash.
We get chats in the evening.
Hardly any place to park. A big NO for 4 wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is very bad. Chatni is just a water mixed with some salt. Vada was not fresh and hard to eat. In sambar thoor dhal is not there. Cleanliness is suspect. Attitude is you eat what we serve. Better to avoid unless you have no where else to go. Only coffee tasted bit like coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant sends wrong and missing quantities of food..! To bring this to their notice I called their number which they have given on Zomato and the same is in google maps, that number doesn't exist..! The last time I had ordered, the masala dosa was good, so I gave ratings as 5 to thia order only to regret later..! I had ordered it for my family and was not there to receive, my parents received and noted down what they received to tell me once I am back home..! I didn't even get proper Zomato support because they just told the order was delivered many hours ago, so they can't do anything right now..! The chat support session was very enraging as I would type everything and the chat support executive would close the chat making the 'were we helpful' dialog box to appear which would disappear my typed msg, this happened for 4-5 times to the same order, I requested for a callback, as I am facing issues due to bugs in app, they politely rejected saying we are chat only support and don't have any call support system. They are hypocrites telling me to type in chat only in detail, when I just tell the missing items and when I am typing, they just close and make my msg disappear.. Then they tell they hv been waiting, as no reply came they had to close, when I say I was typing, they tell to describe my problem in few words.
Inspite if telling them abiut msg disappear issue in the app, they did close chat thread 5 times making all my efforts go in vain..! They repeatedly tell me to rate the restaurant, so that they will learn. They don't provide proper support. I STOPPED USING ZOMATO BCOZ RECENTLY I have faced missing items for many orders..! I do have ₹30 zomato credits for some previous order but Idc and will no longer be a customer of zomato. The missing items were one idli, 3 pooris from meal. The order summary is showing customisation as chapathi without me selecting but they haven't sent that also at least. Parota curry was sent without dal and curry. Very pathetic experience. I doubt the restaurant made this intentionally bcoz of the discounts they are offering..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money, hygienic hotel, self service is offered, staffs are cooperative, chats, ice cream, south and north indian dishes are available, card payment also excepted. One of the best hotel in raghuvanahalli. Coffee, tea are excellent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a casual place and food is good specially breakfast but lunch and dinner options are limited and taste also ok .since it is located near bus stop and main road is is easily accessible to many people like college students and company employees for quick breakfast or meal.space is conjustesd during morning time and difficult to order food but overall good one.
