★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaints with sugam...but the delivery boys are too rude everytime they are asking for extra 70 to 100 rupees as delivery charges. Initially I refused to give coz I don't want to encourage any wrong practice but since last few months they are not delivering cylinder to me ,they just put some door close chit n ran away...again I need to book another cylinder. Its really annoying n irresponsible attitude, concerned person pls look into the matter.
My area code is 560082, we are more than 50 consumers who all are facing tha same issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and provides the assistance quickly. But the cylinder delivery charges for Kaggalipura from raghuvanahalli, sugam enterprises charges 60rs which I feel bit higher side. Otherwise the service is appreciable. Also less delivery time taken.

Next time phone number was updated and cylinder was delivered smoothly. No hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. 9k for 2 cylinder with stove. In that 3k is deposit that u can collect by surrendering. 6. 5k for single cylinder with stove.stove they provide is of 2 burners steel one. If u want any other stove u can get by paying addionally. They will delive in 3 days
