★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t order from here online. I ordered chicken wings and rice bowl today. Chicken was all soggy and it smelled like it’s rotten. Pathetic and horrible smell.
Update: same thing happened again today, ordered hot and crispy and it smelled. Do not order from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this after several disappointing experience I had with this outlet of KFC mahagun mall.
Chicken and the French fries which are served doesn't seems fresh and looks stale.
Even the tray they had served the order it was not washed properly.
This standard of KFC food has really gone down.

Hi I have ordered KFC Ultimate Savin bucket today at around 06:00 PM and received the order at around 07 PM, when we open the parcel it was missing the three dips that was included with the bucket, we called KFC Mahagun Mall centre and spoke with few of the representative their informed about the missing Dipps they keep on saying that we can not send it to you now, upon speaking to their Manager Miss Priya Rao she was first of all very rude no apology and said we can not send the rider back just for the dips and also mentioned that if we want we can complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusive staff don't have manners how to talk with Zomato Delivery partner.... Such a cheap female staff. I just visited to collect the customer order from mahagun mall KFC. All the female staff doesn't have manners how to talk with Zomato Delivery partner. I have message history the way she spoke and i have call recording also. Kindly teach your female staff how to greet customers and delivery partners. Such a horrible and disgusting female staff.
