★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won’t feel like a police station at first look...calm and well organized place...at the entrance one police woman acts as receptionist and welcomes everyone woth a smile and instructs them as per their complaints or request to the correct person...i went there for passport verification.it was very smooth process and completed in 5 mins....

Some of them have good and some of them have bad experience of this police station.this police station is at khadakpada which is known as new kalyan.As this police station is in new area good police should be there here And they should be help ful because many peopls of this area are new here so they should get proper gidence. Because of some all police are named by people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interaction: Rather than listening to the complaint, the officer was telling that "It happens with people like you, you are illiterate, what's the point of your education? Look at me, people are afraid of my voice, it would never happen with me" and kept bragging about himself while the other officer behind the table kept laughing. Later told me to file an application at Kalyan Station without listening my complaint.
If you have to lodge a FIR first they tell you to submit an application to Kalyan station police station. Then the application arrives at this police station in days or weeks you can't say. And then they will file your FIR. According to law FIR should he filed at the nearest police station but they will tell you to submit application at Kalyan railway station and after that they will file FIR. While I was there, they also told the same procedure to a almost 60 year old man. What's the point of having a police station in your area then?
After I submitted application I visited here 4 times to ask whether my application is reached to you and they kept saying no. I stopped visiting this place then after.
Good points:
The only 1 star it deserves for:
1)Passport verification is carried out without any hassle or torture so great work by Passport verification department.
2) while the officer was on leave I tried to tell the complaint to a lady officer, where she understood me and told that whatever the male officer told me is useless i.e. bs everything will be carried out here. But she also told that as the male officer handles all the complaints only he will carry out the entire procedure so I've to follow whatever he said.
So It was better for me to rest my case rather than handling the bullying bs.
In the end I'd like to say only people like these are encouraging crimes in our society. There might be good officers here as well but if they have seniors like these, what even can they do?
So, Think twice before visiting this place and pray that you don't get into bad situation so that you don't have to visit this hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this police station because I had applied for Police Clearance Certificate.
After my visit to PSK, on the next day I got an sms to visit the police station along with all the documents required.
It was my first time experience in any Kalyan police station and I was a little nervous TBH.
But the incharge officer was very nice and my address verification process was done within 3-4 minutes. I didn't have two of the documents which I submitted on the next day to other officer and he was also very cooperative.
Also, I would like to mention that they didn't demand any bribe and I also didn't give any and it did not create any nuisance in my application processing.
Keep up the good work.
From the date of my visit to PSk till I got PCC delivered, it took me 15 days.
