★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very nice college with a good learning environment for girls, actually the best of the kind I have seen till now. The Principal is bit strict, but that works well for the college environment.
The gatekeepers, to support staff, to office clerks, to staff members, to the principal, everyone greets you with a pleasant smile.
College Canteen and mess is good too. There is a bank around the college premises.
The only drawback(reason for 4 stars & not 5), I see is the distance from main road to college and unavailability of public transport. I think college should introduce a shuttle service. Anyways they know it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an institution that is decades old. My mother studied here, back in those days when girls were a burden in the family. She studied here and raised us brothers and sisters brilliantly. For this sole reason, I wanted my daughter ( who is finishing her +2 this year), to join it. Even she wanted to make her grandmother proud and nostalgic :)
So, I decided to do some checks beforehand, by talking to some students and people from sidhwan village. To my surprise, a completely different picture was posted.
There is a lot of politics that goes around in college. In order to achieve good results, all students are given good internal assessments, even if they have failed or missed their tests. This makes good students wonder why bother studying here. People from village sounded pretty disappointed towards the direction this institution is heading.
I felt the need to write this up, as I was, myself, disappointed after being in wait for years, for my daughter to study here.
I seriously pray, things get academic and professional here.
