This building has office of different departments like Transport and Commerce, General Administration and many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kharvela Bhawan building is a 8 storey building an extension of Odisha Secretariat which houses around 10 Departments. Made in line with corporate styling the Ground floor has a reception and parking space for vehicles. The building has 6 lifts to take you swiftly to the upper floors. Each floor has modern toilets, washrooms and pantry. Like the main Secretariat you need to pass through a strict security post.
