★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever.. I was a customer of khosla since 2016.. We had purchased products worth more then 15 lakhs..
Recently I bought an Samsung Ac worth somewhere around 40k..
First of all they delayed the delivery.. secondly they sent a installer.. who showed me the expense of 8000 rupees.. we have 5 ACs in our home.. and we never gave more then 2000-3000 for installation..
Khosla is a fraud.. Will never visit again..

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine on 9th of April and it is still not installed. Meanwhile, after a several follow up we got a call from Whirlpool installation guy...he refused to install a washing machine stand we purchased apparently via Khoshla electronics from a third-party called Aditya. Later on, Khoshla electronics has denied the fact that they asked me to purchase the stand. However, it's mystery that how they got my number and aware that I bought a washing machine.Also, they're aware of which brand!!! More surprisingly even the Whirlpool installation guy also aware of where from I bought the stand. This is how the game been setup and I became the victim. Later on, Khosla asked me to return the stand to the third party and they are not ready.I never had this kind of experience before.... this is UGLY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Khosla Electronics Madhyamgram branch is one of top electronics shops in Madhyamgram. Behaviour of the stuffs are good. They will help you in choosing the products. Delivery of products is on time generally but sometimes they delay. Otherwise it’s worth buying products from thdn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay so i will just put up the highlights from my recent purchase:
• the staffs are well behaved but you may not get timely delivery of your product as they promis. so you need to check on them repeatedly beforehand.
• the products are genuine and very freshly manufactured. we bought 6.5kg samsung washing machine on March 2022. and the mfg date is ✨ February 2022 ✨ and the price is surprisingly cheaper (atleast by 1000 INR) than amazon ?
• in case of washing machine, you need to have a proper water and electric line setup and a washing machine stand before you get the demo / free installation. they will automatically register for that just after you get the product delivered.
you will get a confirmation call from the company to check if you have the lines. if you don't have it ready then they will cancel your registration and you will need to re-register your demo installation (for samsung whatsapp your complaint on 1800 5726 7864).
your service will be delivered by their authentic engineer+assistant (yes 2 people will come for the installation) within 24hrs.
TIP: if you want to get your products on time, just ping them repeatedly. the only reason why i deducted one star.
you will get them delivered usually within 5-7pm.
