Since I have started doing Yoga with Khyati fallen in love with her teaching style. In between X number of students you will be taken care as individual. I would rate her 10/10 in every aspect(knowledge, setting examples, efforts, memory for remembering every individuals problems). If one visit for a purpose of learning and getting resolution for health problem indeed she is the place you to stop and don’t go anywhere else. Love this place so much

Very good experience at Khyati's yoga studio. Khyati is very approachable to discussing one's health issues and is always concerned about each student''s well being. She suggests different postures to overcome any problem one is having. I have benefited tremendously after doing yoga under Khyati.

It's been one and half years I have joined kyatis yoga class and it's one of the best decisions of my life. I was looking for someone who can give personalized attention even in a group class and she definitely treats each one of.us individually esp if someone has a health issue. She is totally dedicated to her job and explains each posture so well and very patient too with new students and with is old ones too. My life has changed post joining her class I have become more positive, calmer and a stronger person. My hypo thyroid has reduced too post joining her classes. She is the best yoga teacher in my eyes.

Khyati maam is an excellent yoga teacher, her teaching and technique are really good. The focus is equally on strength and flexibility. She gives personalised attention to you if there are any issues. Will highly recommend her classes.

I started with Khyati one year ago and had personal one-on-one sessions with her over Zoom. She is an exceptional teacher who watches each of my poses to make sure they are done 100% correctly. I was initially hesitant to do these sessions because I was located in the USA while Khyati was in India. But, to my amazement the first 6 months passed without a moment’s hesitation. I was able to do all the asanas as she wanted me to and each hour-long session flowed seamlessly. My Hypothyroidism is now totally under control and I am feeling much more energy than before. Khyati will make sure that you will get a total body workout with strength training as a part of the session too. I am truly blessed to have her as my teacher; she is loving, caring and an amazing human being inside and out. I would highly recommend everyone to definitely join Khyati. You will definitely see the results.Love you Khyati for everything and definitely continuing the yoga journey with you forward. Arpana J.

Khyati is one of the best Yoga teachers I have ever trained. She gives personal attention to all her students and no matter what your fitness level is, she makes sure the exercises are suitable for you. I also do functional training with her. She gives you the confidence to try out even the most difficult yoga poses. The thing I love the most about her is that there is something new in every class so never gets repetitive or boring!

Khyati Didi is the best yoga teacher I have come across. I joined her 8 months after my delivery to get back in shape. Yes that’s all my goal was. Little did I know what I was getting into which changed my life. Three months in, I’m not only back with my pre pregnancy body but with more energy, more strengthening, more endurance and definitely better at yoga postures. The best part is, even though being virtual you can’t miss any yoga postures as she gives personal attention to each and every posture. Post delivery I had severe back pain and after joining yoga my back pain is almost gone. I’m so happy to be part of this journey and hoping to make it a lifestyle.

I started doing virtual Yoga with Khyati since January of 2022, In the last 3 months she has been an amazing teacher who pays attention to your every move and makes sure you do them correctly. Her drills are amazing and make you feel energized and empowered after every session. I have never lasted this long following a certain regimen, but I look forward to these sessions. I am amazed at how flexible and lighter my body feels in this small amount of time and I can’t wait to see what more can I do with my body !! Khyati is really the best there!
