KEC Gumansinh Zala and team leader Dhanvin Joshi both are misleading and hiding important information about car booking. They first give you false information about car and price and informe you to wait. Between kia increase price without any notice and you have to pay for new price. When you ask why you are not informing me than they say you can cancel order.. such a mess.. Don't go for kia. At time of booking you feel being fool than what will happen after sales?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service. Just for information I bought car from their showroom and every-time I need assistance they are not available for any help. Beware before visiting the show-room. Better buy same car from another showroom from some another city.
Car is really good but staff, service and support is really 3rd class.
