★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the Interview got scheduled by their in house recruiter, I found the process of the organisation very much smoother. They also agreed to let me complete my notice period with previous employer.
After joining, I found their process is much transparent and effective which leads to win-win situation for the employee, company and clients.
After experiencing the on boarding process & Induction [orientation] process I even like the way, all the departments are working. Management cares for everyone and wants each one of them to achieve their desired goals.
Few processes like wellness program, documentation from HR department are very tidy.
Yes, there is security bond of 1 year with PDC of certain amount.
Perks, management providing like Individual Insurance, Leaves, Referral policies, relocation support, etc are good enough.
I only went for one day at office, I found infrastructure & environment motivating and energetic. Yet need sort of fixes to apply for parking the vehicles.

Here Reward for hardwork is more hardwork and Reward for hardwork is more learning, better role and better opportunities. Apart from work, culture and policies are also best.
