★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shreenath KIA is still at launch stage wherein bookings are yet to open so the staff is less.....with so much of sale across thane Kia is unable to match customer expectations....I went there to change my wiper blade to my surprise I had to wait for 38 mins post that somebody attended me with an update that they don't have the wiper blade in stock...I mean as a authorized dealer you are not keeping spare blades in monsoon season and so much time to update !!!!... absolutely not acceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited once with customer executive while test drive of carens. The person inside the service centre & who was @ the entry gate found arrogant in speaking with the customer executive. He did not allow the vehicle to come in as it was KIA vehicle & the executive also belongs to KIA showroom then how would he speak arrogantly with him.... Due to this I have given two star rating. First of all show some basic behaviour. We the customer show interest & pay so you people are able to sale the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very cordial and respectful while dealing with requests and concerns. The ambience and people are very welcoming and cordial.
The cleaning staff do clean really well and make the car look like new. I have shared close-up pics of cemented water stains in some places and after cleaning. So they do a great job in handling tough stains as well.
The add-on parts they sell are genuine and pretty acceptable in aspect of using on the surface of a good looking car, not basics or unpresentable. And they also suggest genuinely if or not an add-on is required or if we can stall the application for later if it is not absolutely urgent. They dont push for buying an item,which is very rare behaviour for any sales counter.
