Work wise fine but their employees Are THIEF. If there is anything left in the car will be theft for sure.
Ensure you give your stapnee wheel marked and you should check it on return, similarly your tools can be stolen or changed or may be your expensive keychain or your perfume etc can be anything.
Their driver will pick up a car and will click photos and may return your car late. However if you are in hurry it may be your loss. And if u find your concern that poor fellow will not be able to do anything.
Even nobody will pick up his call and you will be in FIX.
So be VERY CAREFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with service at all they even break my ganesh Ji’s Statue and when I complained about this they they will call me after some time but the some time is not come till yet . No proper feedback was taken Kia Speedingo Sahibabad is much better then you guys I will never visit this service centre ever if they don’t know how to handle a car properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location of the service centre, Great staff behaviour, nice services overall including servicing, providing tea, coffee, providing insurance services, etc.
Had three of my Kia Sonet services here till now, and the experience was not bad at all.
Provide complementary pickup and drop too, which is so good.
Overall I would recommend this Kia Service Centre for your Kia vehicle services or claiming insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good. Very high waiting time for car service. Highly recommended to take appointment before visiting service centre. He provides services for Sonet, Seltos and Carnival for all models. Customer service is very good. Water, Tea, Coffee, Sandwich, Patties available for customer in waiting area. It has two waiting rooms with AC and TV installed. Overall, I have very good experience in every perspective.

Service centre is clean and hygienic.Entry and exit points are same.Reception has waiting room for car owners. Tea/Coffee/Water/ Sandwich /Patties is available free of cost.Repairing station can be seen from reception.Payment for service can be done via Cash Or Cards. Over all good experience...

People here always helpful and never refuse in assisting you.
My experience has always been wonderful and I hope this continues the same way.
I would always recommend this service centre to everyone who owns a Kia vehicle.
The servicing is top notch and the rates are justified they too offer discounts on labour charge sometimes.
