★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for this project as they are master dupers and once they complete the project they won't pay heed to people living there whether its related to construction, electricity, security and any other issue. Its all coming from my experience of buying their previous project i.e. Kiara Apartment. A kind suggestion, don't go for Kiara Ville project, waste of time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience faced with the builder in previous project i.e. Kiara Apartment. Don't believe what they say, ask them to give everything in written. Sales person of this group knows only hunting, they don't care about anything once you buy from them. Everytime their statement & commitments get changed. Don't expect any professional behaviour from them. All are bunch of liars. Even builder is no less, he brag about the quality of work done and they are advertising that they have delivered the previous project before time but it is still under construction only few families shifted in the apartment but still common areas, rooftop amenities are under construction, Labour is staying in basement parking in the apartment, back side boundry is still not completed. Just completed the paint work from front to make people fool that building is completed. Funny thing is they don't even know the meaning of project completion.
