They will just give you fake commitments.. once you book flat no staff will respond you nicely and delay in possession. Don't buy flats you will regret ....

Good club house with aminites which are not even available in Mahima and UDB also

7) Mini Theater
8) In-house Party hall for 150 people ( Nowhere in Jaipur)
9) Guest Rooms 3 Fully furnished (Nowhere in Jaipur)
10) Driver Rooms 2 Furnished (Nowhere in Jaipur)
Limited flats so water and maintenance can be as low as possible. Excellent location near newly developed shopping complex and Mall just walking distance. Only 200 flats in such a big area.
Highly recommended .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero maintenance I have been living here from past 3 years no amenities it can be compared to a g+2 local building with zero amenities and services , no power backup at common spaces . I would never suggest this place to anyone just a suggestion rest is everyone's choice .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no maintaince staff, nor anyone hear. Worst condition township.
Everyday power cut in a day and night, no power backup in flats.
No security, 2/3 security person in whole township and they don't have room connectivity call nor u can connect with them. They are a gatekeeper.
Beware with fake commitments and avoid them if you are planning to buy.

No amenities to be used.. no senior citizen park.. water is purely of boring...electricity cut off is very frequent.
