★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building could be praised for its location. ISKCON temple, Mansarovar market, Patrkar colony, 200ft bypass linking you to Ajmer Road falls all close to it. Another attraction is also the Maheshwari community centre near by. Water is a problem in this area. It is generally dependant on tankers and expenses are pooled. Flats are spacious and layout is quite acceptable. Because of too many apartments in proximity the area has become a bit crowded. Amazon / BigBasket and other doorstep delivery services are reaching here.

Peaceful place with beautiful neighborhood. Nearby groceries store is addon in the amenities.
Rent maybe expensive for some people. This society rent their property only for families, big no to bachelors n unmarried couples.
