★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far as concern of club house it's excellent but completion of my house No A/701 is concern, the quality of work in comparison to sample house is slightly different. The modifications I requested are still pending. The work is slow I want shift in it. Some responsible person who can take it seriously at the finishing stage should be available at site itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been searching for a perfect home for a while. It’s just the last week we booked a home in Floranza.
Update on 7/12/2021: As we have actually shifted here, we have been observing the things out. So far the builder and the staff has been really helpful and responds to the queries and issues in a timely manner. The best part about the management is the sense of importance they give to our questions. Would also like to mention about the managing authority, Finetech. They have been nice so far. Hope it stays the same way as the occupancy increases in the complex.
Besides, the area in itself feels very nice and familiar from the very first day. Neighbours are good and friendly. Garden is in process of making and turning out to be nice, a place you would actually like to peacefully spend some part of your evening.
Build quality is good in general. We notice few snags in fine detailing though, which usually get fixed in a day or two, after raising the support call.
Overall the apartment is good, as expected.
