★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such nice apartments and such an amazing view from terrace! Being close to the airport in an additional benefit. Good proximity to Laundromat, grocery shops etc. Has gym and parking as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people renting out these apartments need to go to prison. Their behaviour is atrocious to say the least. I am putting up this review to ensure that no other person suffers through the gruelling experience that this place has to offer.
The guy makes excuses to take your deposit money and then makes threats after. He has threatened me that he would follow me to my home town and then attempt a "sketch".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be extremely wary of the broker who mediates the process of flat renting in Mahima group, Mr. Lalit. He is one of the most atrocious human beings you'll ever come across. I stayed in flat no. 205 with my flatmate and let me tell you the experience was horrible out there. And ladies be extra cautious because Mr. Lalit and the owner of Flat no.205 will surely threaten you with baseless acquisitions on how powerful they can get and harm you. Moreover they won't return the security deposit and further accuse you of your character if you ask them for your money back.
I will strongly recommend not taking flats on rent from Mr. Lalit and the owner of Flat 204 and 205.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently staying in one of the flats. I had planned to buy the flat but I thought of renting the flst first before buying. Here are my observations.
1. Bad construction - Everyday you'll face problems especially in bathrooms for water leakage and this problem pertains to all the flats.
2. Very thin walls - You can hear all the sounds one floor below and above
3. Poor maintenance of Society : The maintenance team is very bad. The clubhouse is just for sake. Sometimes they also take the gym equipments and move to other societies of Mahima.
4. The maintenance team of Mahima is also poor. The managers do things keeping in interests of Mahima and not the residents
5. Never ever think of buying these flats.
6. My owner is struggling in selling his flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats are good. Not the broker agency, which unfortunately is the only way to get an apartment for rent here. Protection of tenants by the association and agents is Nil.
Mr. Lalit along with the owner abused and threatened two of my female colleagues, while they lived here.
I'm reviewing here to show support and stand in solidarity with them, so as to ensure nobody is subjected to such harassments in a new city.
I really hope action is taken against the culprit.
