I lived in flat F 701, it's a nice clean flat, very well fully furnished & maintained.
Problem - I got an electricity bill of Rs 99242, no one help me either from JVVNL or anyone else.
I paid that bill with my hard earned money.
I felt not only disappointed but also broken financially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a worst society, it is really a bad place to live, the society is having serious issues, like electricity, water and seepage. if electricity and water is down, it will be recitified in 18-20 hours. think about 18-20 hours without electricity and water is a horrible night mare. this happened almost 4-5 times in past two years. the better part is the maintenance team just switch off their phone. so nobody can disturb them. this is a very common practice for them. i am staying in one of the flats in mahima panorama. one rwa is not providing all necessary things, this society is having two rwa's... I sincerely advise please think twice before moving to this society. the less we talk about seepage, the better it is.

Worst experience in Mahimam Panorama. If you are going to settle in this society than keep your water backup ready else you have to spend much on buying bisleri water not only for drinking but other activities.
Water Scarcity is a major problem. No ground water, tankers used for water sources. Dirty water with high tds. Today there is no water supply almost for 2 days now. You can imagine that life without water is nightmare. Nobody bothers to take any responsibility. Big thing is even after paying such hefty amount of 4500 as the maintenance charges we are not getting the basic necessities like water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panorama Society is a decent society to live specially for family/elder persons. Not sure, how so many other people gave less ratings, seems most of them are tenants. Society have max open space in comparison with nearby societies. The festive celebrations are add-on to enjoy with residents. Society now have own RWA, and hence reduced the CAM charges also, what earlier Mahima, as a builder, peaked it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water supply continuously from 2 days. It is the worst experience with Mahima groups. Earlier also have lived in society but never faced such situations with basic amenities like water. Have to buy water from outside and still not sure by when it will get resolved. The lifts not working properly or lift buttons are damaged. Common lights in the gallery outside the flat were fused.

Very corperative residents and best part is all basic essentials shops are available within the society premises weather it's grocery store to restaurants to pharmacy to ice cream to vegetable vendors and saloon to stationery.. All extra activities for the kids also available..
