★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is not at all reliable for example Unique emporia, Unique Sapphire, Green Meadows all projects are time barred builder get rera extension for one year for all these projects, but even after this I don't think builder is able to deliver the project, their own employes give five star ratings to project, they are never serious to complete their project if any one have doubt just visit their project site Unique Emporia starts in 2014 still only 60% works complete, Unique Sapphire, Unique green meadows etc , so be carefull
