★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has such a beautiful view on all sides of the building. The building has all the basic amenities required. Apart from that it is situated very close to good schools and colleges (primitive criteria for parents). It also contains a local shot inside, making all daily needs accessible even during pandemic times.
The only backdrop of this place is the water quality. Which is worse in the area this building is built in.
