Even when he was going through his dialysis treatment he was at good care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Dr. Raka: Well, i am not a medical practitioner but my mother’s life had been saved from the brink of collapse. As a doctor, there’s no match for her. She didn’t do the dialysis while anyone else could’ve done the same at that moment; cured with medication and with the grace of God and her ability, my mother is still quite well.
For Ivy Hospital: rather than improvements, i’d observed continuous fall of the hospital in terms of hygiene, infrastructure and even the Training of staff (i.e how to deal with patients). They should start focusing on quality as people come there only due to good Doctors like Dr. Raka. Compromising on ground basis shall definitely spoil their name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited there only after seeing the number of reviews that are maximum 5 star (maximum are paid or their own people). Wanted to consult Dr Raka Kaushal as I could assume her as the best in Tricity as mentioned in the reviews. She was available but the receptionist didn't take me to her. The other Dr saw my patient and he was looking like typical Govt Hospital Dr by his behavior. The next day that Dr was not available due to his busy schedule in other hospitals. Dr Raka was available through the time not in her cabin but in the other cabin nearby. Still the receptionist guy told me to wait upto 1130 which was their OPD timings. I had to wait for more than 100 minutes.
~ my first point is, they mention 24 hrs open in google but didn't mention their OPD timings anywhere. ( The have to be available 24hrs as a part of big super speciality hospital)
~The behavior of Dr is not at all which we can assume after reading the reviews.
~If you are going there for any treatment please meet any patient or attendant who has been there for the same problem you are going. Discuss with him about experience there, don't just blindly follow reviews.
