★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited IVY hospital today and saw Dr. Rakesh Sharma litterly shouting at attendant of a patient who was admitted in the hospital since 5 days. They are too complacent and tired to attend people and arrogant enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was goood, the echs staff , Dr. Sumeet Kainth , Department of Gastroenterology was so supportive and cooperative. Also a pt. to consider is the chemist shop in the hospital. Do check the medicines ( i mean whether there are tablets in the packet or not). I encountered the same , though we got the choice of refund or exchange , Thanks to the staff again but still beware .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m ECHS benifiser , services are good enough. But for medicine u have to go ECHS dispensary. This process is very inconvenient. I recommended ECHS people to go to Sohana Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for follow up after surgery for removal of kidney stone,for removing J- stunt & stiches,but I had to go thru whole process of admission for minor procedure,I had to waste whole day for that & have to pay 3600/- extra while my main surgery was covered under insurance,why this expenses has not been mentioned on early approval neither I told about this,I am giving one star only because your medical staff is very good & coperative,but your adminstration staff is very cold ,collous & careless,I would like to give -5 star for this staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They behave worse than a govt hospital, staff is too arrogant. Especially the Incharges of wards and rooms, they talk nonsense without cross checking and having exact information. Doctors wouldn't even listen to the attendents and support their staff despite of bad attitude.
No clear communication, instructions passed to the attendents are misleading which they keep on changing without delivering them properly.
Attendents keep moving from one counter to another and the process of every opd, test and everything is too much complicated. Nothing is treated on priority basis.
Doctors might be skilled and good professional but if you are looking for comfortable treatment with facilities the this might me a wrong choice. One of the worst hospital of tricity in term of management.
