The person who took my interview for dot net profile is the worst person I ever meet in my life totally unprofessional and the person don't not know how to take interview and talk in professional way I never put a negative review but I think I have to make negative comment for that because it save the time of some other person the interver thinks like she is the one who is running the world but in reality she know nothing and have zero knowledge morover she didn't know how to behave with other person I think she should take some classes or training of behaviour modification. And the HR people are really bad I mean really bad they aduse you with there bad language. Waste my whole day and my positive attitude of learning. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good company. Worked for a very long with this company and they are not paying my dues yet. The h.r management of this company is worst as they don't treat employee as employee. The technology used on company is not up to the mark. You will lose precious years leaning nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I be worked with this company for more than 10 years which ended up with so dirty politics by Indian management. I was working with one of there internal framework webplus which is nowhere else being used. I had some issues with management and thereafter they started herrassing me. I be been promoted to sr. Group lead level and won 3-4awards as well. I had some mother health issues so I joined this company mentioning very clearly that I will work in night only. They know very well that I can't work in day so I got email to come in day and when denied they moved to next level of dirty argumentation.
First they were asking me to move to day or resign but when denied they terminated my services and termination letter mentioning all bad that they can do.
I am adding my conversation with h.r where sonal told that I had always dirty communication. I am sorry I can't match Indian management gradability as they are so honest and technical.
Working on no technology like many other people, I was very happy but now it seems I be spoiled my key years with this company.
I would suggest you to find better career with better technology and moreover where you find development is meaningful else you will find in fault just like me.
There is no security of job within this organization as you will learn only politics and if you will not involve in politics then you will be removed.

It is one of the best organizations I have ever worked with. OATI provides a cool, relaxing work environment to employees. I had a wonderful experience while working in Administrative Services Department in OATI.

Place is good for girls who are looking secure environment and want to work before marrying but of you are looking for challenges and career oriented person then it's not place for you. All the technologies are souch messed that you will end up learning very very less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. For fresher's only as for fresher's it's good package otherwise company is good for nothing. Leave policy is good. H.R look at staff as they have murdered someone. More than seats you can find them in canteen or out in the back lawn area. Annual appraisal is so worse. If you need money as a fresher then u can opt this otherwise will suggest to go for better option instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like many of you, I was happy working here. Long offs, no work, pampering management to leave home early. I have also seen good growth but somehow I need to move out of country and that's when I realized I actually lost key years of my life. I be not learnt any development but politics actually.
If you need money as fresher then you can join here but if you need learning then you are at risk.
Everyone working here nows it well. You have no future after this.
