★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless it’s wholly...the lady sitting over dere don’t even know how to calculate even on calculator ? n the way she treated the customers is the most pathetic..she really don’t know how to talk n make a friendly relation..I would never suggest anyone to visit this place...not good neither they have good stuff nor a customer friendly environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst retail shop that you could ever enter , specially when you are buying for gifting & kids , you have emotions attached to it. These guys are thugs , liars & worst on top of it they abuse there customers. We had bought worth 25-30 K from there shop , among them was a gift that we bought for my new born niece , these guys initially told us that it's work like a crib projector with music & lot of colorful lights & since it's a chicco product they can't give a demo & if you open they you have to buy & simultaneously telling us if you didn't like it , you can exchange.
Later when we gave the gift to my sister they didn't find it useful since it hardly had any light or music since product was to be used to put toddlers to sleep, when my wife went in to exchange the sales started scolding smearing & yelling , post complaining to the shop owner he himself got involved in abusing & didn't exchange . When we told him that product is useless for us & won't help any purpose , we would have to leave it to him for nothing , he was more than happy to keep it for free & we lost Rs 2500 . most pathetic service that you could ever get & worst shop for Kids . DONT ever go to this shop for buying.
